These funds are passes on to the Bear Lake Water Company. SGCHA

acts only as the collection agency. You will be billed by the Water

Company for meatered water usage.

Rocky Mountain Power Company metered monthly billing.

SGCHA billing and collection policy:

1. The annual SGCHA dues statements are mailed out on Feb. 1st.

2. The due date for the annual billing is Mar. 15th.

3. Bills not paid by March 31st will have a $25.00 late fee applied.

4. For every month thereafter an interest charge will be applied to

balance owed of 1 ½%.

5. After August 31st delinquent accounts will be turned over to a

collection agency and/or a lien will be filed against the property.

The property owner will then be responsible for these addition

Notes: (regarding water fees for lots without cabins)

**Standby Fee is used to help maintain the water system in an operable condition and is part of

the cost of making certain that potable water will be available at the property line whenever

the property owner decides to build.

**Special Projects are those capital improvements that are part of improving and upgrading the

water system to handle existing cabins and new construction. It includes such things as

replacing old water lines and bringing capacity, increasing the storage volume of water system
