Notes (regarding water fees for lots without cabins)
** Standby Fee is used to help maintain the water system in an operable condition and is part of the cost of making certain that potable water will be available at the property line whenever the property owner decides to build.
** Special Projects are those capital improvements that are part of improving and upgrading the water system to handle existing cabins and new construction. It includes such things as replacing old water lines and bringing them up to code, adding an additional well and pump house to increase water supply, increasing pumping capacity, increasing the storage volume of water system reservoirs, etc.
