  1. I recently completed my home on Saddle-up Circle. There is getting to be a significant dip as you turn from Sweetwater Parkway on to Saddle-up Circle. Many of the side cul-de-sacs and surface streets have culverts in the intersections. Is there any plan to install a culvert at this junction between Sweetwater Parkway and Saddle-up Circle in Omega 5 subdivision? Thanks for your consideration.

    • I have talked to Jim Robert about your inquiry. He is aware of your problem and is planning a temporary correction this year. He is planning a more permanent solution next year that can be budged for in next years budget. If you have more concern please give Jim Roberts a call.

  2. I would appreciate a call from someone on the HOA board… I’ve tried calling Mark @ the number 5568 and I hear a beep, beep, click and the call goes dead. I’ve tried calling Bob @ the number 8467 rings and rings and rings until I hang up! We are interested in purchasing a building lot in the Omeaga 5 HOA but have a few HOA questions!

    • Received your inquiry about building lot in Omega 5. I would recommend talking to Jim Roberts. He is overseeing building codes. His number is 435-752-2402.

  3. I am confused about the new fees for short term rental what does 50/person mean and 4.86/person mean for the sewer? Did they send out any information about this that I missed?

  4. It would be nice to have a method to make HOA annual dues payment online. I don’t have or use checks. (Who uses checks anyway besides SGCHA members?)

    • The Intuit’s payment links are specific to the invoice and cannot be made available to the HOA at large. We would have to go with a different payment processing service.

      • I have to pay HOA fees, but I can’t get hold of any on the phone numbers listed and my invoice does not mention anywhere about Intuit payment links. Can someone please help? Obviously I am passed due on paying fees, but if phones are not answer I can’t be held accountable for that.

        • I apologize for not responding sooner. Regarding paying fees to the HOA, please contact Tiffany Wahlberg. Her contact information is on the website under SGCHA Board of Directors. I will contact Tiffany and let her know about your problems.

  5. Is there a phone number where I can contact someone to ask questions about the HOA, we are currently looking at lots and need information. If we purchased a lot, do we need to build right away? or Can we build at any point?

    • If you open the website and under SGCHA Board of Directors, a list of current members of the Board are listed. If you click on their name you will be able to find their phone number and email address. You can call me at 8016332747 or call Jim Roberts who is in charge of Building and Planning Committee. His number is 435-752-2402.

      • I need to clarify what I said about Airbnb, according to the CC&R’s, no commercial trade or business may be conducted on any lot, Section IIA. The lots are for single family use only. No advertising signs or structures may be placed on any lots. Rentals are allowed at the present time for single family usage.

    • As related to the Sweetwater Golf Course HOA, there is no restriction in the by-laws or the CC&R’s. They do have to be inspected and approved by Rich County.

  6. Is there a place to get a map of the areas that are plowed? Or are all of Sweetwater golf roads plowed throughout the winter? I’m on Wedge Way, which does get plowed, but I was curious about the roads higher up.

    • In response to your question about a map of the HOA, there is a topographical map on the web site. Not all roads are plowed during the winter only those with cabins. The member of the Board who is knowledgeable about the roads is Jim Roberts. You might give him a call. We are having a shareholders meeting on June 12th. You would be able to get more information at that time.

    • I would express your desire to serve as an associate member of the Board to the new President, Mark Weiss. His email address and phone number are on the website. Just highlight his name and his information is available.

  7. After today’s annually meeting, it became clear just how much time and effort the board members put into the HOA. I would like to express my thanks to those who have served in the past, those who are staying on the board, and the newly elected. Thank you!
