The caution to broil drinking water has been lifted after two successful tests by the state. It is important to install a backflow regulator on any outside water sources. Please check your system to make sure you are in compliance. This kind of disruption affects many people and even leads to serious illness. In addition to sprinkler system backflow devices, any kind of hydrants like most of us have are built and installed in such a manner that we should install an inexpensive vacuum breaker type of backflow device on the hydrant before the hose.

It is not a good idea to use the roads on that day. Rich County is watching our dumpster for illegal trash. Be careful what you throw away. Check the list on the dumpster. We are responsible for controlling the Noxious Weeds on our own property. The sides of the roadways will be sprayed for Noxious Weeds by the County. Have an enjoyable summer. Be careful on the roads and slow down.
Approval from the Board on Oct 7th, 2017, for short term rental with a current short term rental permit issued from Rich County. We didn’t receive enough returned ballots to amend the CC&Rs or to prohibit short-term rentals. See sidebar for the ordinance from Rich County for short term rentals. Short term rentals must be in compliance with the Rich County Ordinance.
